To reflect and investigate in depth the Envita-Libros de Vida initiative, to develop a case study that could be used as a dynamic element in university teaching.

To propose a plan of alliances with the city of A Coruña at all levels (environmental, institutional, food, etc…), paying special attention to the following aspects: possible lines of collaboration with the University of A Coruña and its Campus of Sustainability, and the most appropriate communication strategy to its implementation.

“Action plan to avoid the chronification of situations of high vulnerability that give rise to the social emergency: A Flote Program”

To arrange an action plan composed of specific and scheduled measures aimed at avoiding the chronification of situations of high vulnerability that give rise to the social emergency.

“Plan of strategic alliances to create a network of collaborators that contribute in a stable way to the fulfillment of the mission of Hábitat Naturalist Group”

To develop a strategic alliances plan that includes concrete and scheduled actions for the initiation, management, institutionalization and evaluation of these partnerships in order to create a network of collaborators that contribute in a stable manner to the fulfillment of the mission of Hábitat Naturalist Group, paying special attention to the most suitable ways to formalize the collaborations, and to the communication actions with other relevant stakeholders.

To elaborate an action plan that includes improvements to the business model of the EMSO Special Employment Center, which has an effect on productivity (efficiency) and on the improvement of care services quality (effectiveness), and that allows the diversification of its business activity in support of its social mission.
