To develop an action plan focused on SRC’s cooperation with companies in the Galician area to improve the employability and integration of people at risk of exclusion, facilitating alliances and collaborations that enhance their participation in the labor market.

To create a relational action plan and an analysis of potential strategic business partners aimed at generating shared value, in order to have a stable base of collaborators or project funders through institutional collaboration and social innovation models for the Provincial Office of the Red Cross in A Coruña.

To formulate an action plan for the improvement of the value chain of a weaving unit in the circular economy field, with special emphasis on the raw materials it uses and the end of weave life, taking into account the 2025 horizon of separation of textile waste from the European Union.
